What’s in a question?

Well, that depends. What is it that you want to know?

As a UX Researcher, it’s my job to ask all the right questions to come up with the best solutions to various problems. Asking questions sounds simple, but it’s not always just about the answer. I take my time to observe the way a person answers a question - their facial expressions, their body language, and their hesitation or lack there of. Asking questions is so much more than just listening for and recording an answer. It’s all about reading between the lines.
